Please see the announcement below from Holly Caudill, Statewide Interoperability Coordinator (SWIC), Pennsylvania State Police.

I attended the class in October in Wilkes Barre.  The instructors were outstanding, both had plenty of knowledge and experience with emergency communications and shared a wealth of information with the group.  The class curriculum is similar to what you might learn in the ARRL EC-001 and EC-016 courses, but it is much more focused on using standard ICS terminology, roles and documentation.

The Greensburg, PA location will be too far for most of us, but the one in Dauphin County is very accessible location wise.  I'll follow up once I hear that is scheduled.

Good afternoon!

I am the new Pennsylvania Statewide Interoperability Coordinator (SWIC).  I was asked to schedule some Auxiliary Communications (AUXCOMM) courses and wanted to alert you that they have been scheduled.

These classes are in Train PA for registration. (Home - TRAIN PA - an affiliate of the TRAIN Learning Network powered by the Public Health Foundation).  Entering ID# 1112064 in the search box is the easiest way to search for the class.
