Please see this announcement from our Section Manager Bob Wilson:

I am pleased to announce we have a new Assistant Section Emergency Coordinator in the EPA. Most of you already know Jay King, W2AFE. Jay serves with the American Red Cross and Philadelphia ARES. He has been instrumental and indispensable in designing and implementing our Simulated Emergency Tests for the last two years.

Jay lives in Phoenixville in Chester County. He has been licensed since 1978, is a U.S. Army veteran and is experienced and adept in emergency communications. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the position and his experience with the ARC will add a high level of coordination an credibility to our EPA ARES leadership.

Please join me in welcoming Jay in this critically important role in the Eastern Pennsylvania Section.

Please enjoy a safe and rewarding Thanksgiving holiday.

Thank you,

Bob Wilson,  W3BIG
