In preparation for the upcoming EPA SET in October and to provide for additional support of the Five County Digital Net Winlink training efforts, I have deployed a new Winlink RMS Node at my home in Villanova. The plan is to have this setup and available 24/7 until we get the W3AEC-10 station back up and running again. The site is at over 400' elevation, supported by a Diamond x510 antenna up on the roof (temporary approval obtained from the wife), and an ICOM 9700. This should be able to cover almost all of Delaware County, and overlap coverage available in the 5 County area.
