There is a new e-zine called Signals that is written for the Eastern Pennsylvania (EPA) ARES section. ARES of Delaware County is featured in a few of the articles. Please read when you get a chance, and feel free to email me any ideas, information or articles you would like to see included in the next issue.
Signals is a publication that is of, by and for the dedicated members of the ARES© who step up to provide vital radio communications when all else fails.
It features stories of the talented teams of radio communicators and individuals throughout the 34 counties in the EPA who often toil anonymously in service of their communities when emergency managers seek their expertise.
We also explore techniques, tools and topics of vital interest and identify and review equipment to help us get our signals through.
We hope this publication to inspires others in the Amateur Radio community to join us in the ARES© to help make a better and stronger team. If you are an ARES member we ask for your help by contributing articles of interest.
