Although I expect less impacts from the winter storm here in Delaware County, PEMA has activated ACS for storm reports.  Any ham radio operator can join in and submit reports.

In support of PEMA's Activation for Hazardous Winter Weather,

PEMA ACS will be collecting winter weather data every 2 hours starting at 8pm Sunday Jan 16 til 8pm Monday Jan 17 unless demobilized sooner.

Jan 16th at 8pm,10pm 

Jan 17th at 12am, 2am,4am,6am,8am,10am,12pm,2pm,4pm,6pm,8pm

The net will track: check in / reports from any amateur radio operator

We are looking for 

Call Sign, Snow Fall rate over the last hour, Total Snow Fall, Precipitation Type

We will be on 3993.5khz. + or - Net may move to 7250.5khz + or - (depending on propagation.)  We will also monitor DMR on Brandmister Network Talkgroup 31420
